Overview
We ask that you keep your confirmed commitments, as if working for a permanent employer. This ensures a fair experience for everybody.
However, we understand that emergencies happen. Our team is here to help you navigate the unexpected. Please review our flexible cancellation policy below.
Cancellation statistics
We understand there are many things outside of your control. We do NOT use a 3 strike system, and we do NOT place a hold on your account. However, we strive for a balance between commitments and cancellations.
We DO record cancellation statistics to your account. These are NOT share directly with offices. They are only visible to you and our team. Cancellations statistics are grouped into three windows:

Within 24 hours = late cancelation
Between 24 hours and 2 weeks = dropped shift
Beyond 2 weeks = no record

Additional notes
For any cancellation within 2 weeks - you will be asked to give the office a courtesy call to notify them of the change.
For any cancellation within 2 weeks - we will ask you to provide a reason for the cancellation. This will be documented to your account.
Our team carefully monitors cancellation statistics. Reoccurring patterns of unreliability will lead to removal from the platform.
