At Teero, we ensure fair and transparent pay calculations. Here's what you need to know:

• Payable time = End time - Arrival time - Break time

• You're paid for all time at work, excluding breaks

• We guarantee a minimum of 4 hours pay per shift

• This applies even if your shift is shorter

• Submit your hours via the Teero app after each shift

• Accuracy is key - this submission determines your pay

4. Tax withholdings are automatically calculated
