How your pay is calculated

At Teero, we ensure fair and transparent pay calculations. Here's what you need to know:

• Payable time = End time - Arrival time - Break time

• You're paid for all time at work, excluding breaks

• We guarantee full shift payment, if your shift has been canceled or shortened by the office within 24 hours upon the arrival time or on your shift day.

• Submit your hours via the Teero app after each shift

• Accuracy is key - this submission determines your pay

3. We apply Full Shift Guarantee if applicable

4. Tax withholdings are automatically calculated
