How to complete identity verification

Welcome to the Teero team! Before you start brightening smiles across town, there's one small but important step to take. Let's walk through the identity verification process together.

It's just a quick I-9 form - Uncle Sam likes to know who's working! We need to get this done within three days of your first shift. Don't worry, it's a one-time thing!

1. Got your first shift? Great! It's verification time.

2. Open your Teero app

3. Tap the 'Profile' tab

4. New here? Add your bank and tax info first. Done that already? You'll see the option to complete identity verification.

5. We've partnered with Workbright for a smooth, remote I-9 process. You'll hop over to your phone's browser to wrap things up with them.

Here's the key part: You'll need someone present to check your documents. It can be a friend, neighbor, family member - anyone you trust. They'll just need to verify that your documents are legit. Think of it as a mini document party!
